Welcoming Our Students to Kenseikan Dojo

This week at Kenseikan Dojo has been buzzing with excitement as Shihan-Dai Mark had the pleasure of training some of his school students from Neville Road. As they prepare for their important green belt grading next week, their energy and enthusiasm have been contagious!
It’s a joy to witness these young karatekas embrace the spirit of Kenseikan Karate.

Impressive Dedication and Spirit

Among the group, three students particularly stood out: Jake, Natalie, and Evelyn.

Dai Sempai Summer was thoroughly impressed with their karate knowledge and relentless training ethic.
There was a fierce determination on their faces as they pushed through each drill. You could see that they weren’t just training for a belt; they were diving deep into the essence of martial arts.

Hot and Sweaty, but Worth It!

By the end of the session, those three had definitely earned their hot and sweaty faces!
It’s always a sign of hard work and hard-earned achievements in karate.

The heat doesn’t deter them; instead, it's a testament to how seriously they take their training. Well done, everyone!
This is exactly how we train in Kenseikan Karate. When you give your all, the rewards are not just in the form of a belt, but in the skills and confidence you gain.

The journey to a green belt, or any belt for that matter, is filled with challenges and learning opportunities.
Each kick, punch, and block is a step closer to mastering the art.
Shihan-Dai Mark is incredibly proud of these students for their commitment and can’t wait to see them shine during their grading.

As we gear up for next week, let’s keep motivating each other. Remember, it’s not just about the belts—it’s about becoming better martial artists and individuals.
